– All Members are required to fill out the Membership Application Form in full and submit a passport or PAL photo by mail/e-mail. Subject to approval and upon successful completion you will be mailed a Membership Card.

– Discussion of current situation with the MNBC
4. Section 35 Rights Claim
– Discussion of our Section 35 Rights Claim
6. Special Resolution – Amendment to By-Laws
– Reference: Article 2.4(c) – Associate Member
7. Housing Progress Update
– A progress update on our first house nearing completion
– The plan for housing moving forward

– A financial report of funds received from the MNBC and their use.
